The Paper Authoring Tool (PAT) is an online tool for writing reports of randomised trials and feasibility trials that ensures that all the relevant information is included and specified in a way that allows for comparison across studies. It provides a facility to specify information using ontologies such as the BCIO so that it is computer-readable.
